Hot Lunch Meal Program
Lunches will be made here at school and served in closed containers with students’ names on them. Students will pick up lunches individually spaced on a table, or teachers will pass them out to them.
Mr. Fuentes will have a tent set up in front of the cafeteria in the church parking lot. Meal tickets will be sold in increments of 5 or 10 meals per ticket.

Please feel free to download, print, complete, sign, and return the necessary medical forms to our
School Nurse in the office.
Extended Day-Care Program
You will only be charged if you use the service. Families that choose to be billed for the Monthly Program will be charged the monthly rate. 15 minutes after dismissal, a student becomes a drop-in and the students FACTS tuition account will be charged.
Daily 3:45pm until 6:00pm (this includes Study Hall).
1 Child $175 per month
Drop-in fee:
$20 per day, per child2 Children $210 per month 3 Children $240 per month Any child(ren) not picked up by 6:00pm will be charged a late fee fo $5.00 per minute.
